Tomma Battle is the Operations and Outreach Coordinator for Relationship Builders. For more than 15 years, she has dedicated her efforts to serving children and young mothers in the Knoxville community.

Battle’s mission is to empower women to be self-sufficient and thrive. In her current role, she provides relationship education for individuals who are in or seeking relationships, while ensuring that community partners, therapists and counselors have access to effective, evidence-based resources. Believing that everyone deserves the support needed to reach their full potential, Battle is committed to removing the stigma around mental health services and promoting holistic support for underserved and marginalized populations.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Care and Counseling and a Master of Arts in Ethics and Leadership from Johnson University. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) in Organizational Leadership and Trauma at the University of Tennessee.
